Flashbacks Vs. Somewhere
For some reason, Flashbacks reminded me of Sophia Coppola's Somewhere, although there are major plot differences.
Flashback has a more optimistic view on the over-the-hill actor reviewing his sordid life, compared with Sophia's tragedy portraying a current actor just going through the motions of an acting life, destroying real people with whom he comes in contact in real [and reel] life.
Anyone who has seen both films care to comment?
