Why though..
The list of great aspects of Suspiria were the sets, the lighting, the cinematography, the special effects, Argento's gore, Argento's direction, and the 70s style. NOT THE STORY, So why retell this story if it wasnt the script that made the 1977 one a classic!?

I hope they would IMPROVE the story, and keep those other great aspects. That's what a good remake should do.

Suspiria's story could definitely be improved even though it's pretty classic film either way ;-) the cast is promising so I don't know why everyone is so upset.
