Why Is Season 4 such a dip in quality?

This used to be a good show but now it has gone to hell.

There's zero chemistry between the 2 leads, and Abishola is unlikable.
Kemi or even Abish. aunt are much more likable characters.

Abishola isn't unlikable---she's clearly too arrogant and too worried about appearances, but she usually gets called on her behavior every other show, by one of her friends. She's not a bad person, just a flawed, realistic one who has admitted to actually making mistakes from time to time. Just like most of the characters in the show, which is why I like it.

Form what I read, some of the characters' screen time is being cut down due to budget considerations, which really makes no sense to me. You rarely hear of that happening to shows with white casts. Also, you haven't explained why you think this show has supposedly "gone to hell" recently.
