The first band look closer to Aerosmith than Metallica to me (I'm refering to the Dave Mustain subject). Do you think this movie could be taken as a (little) criticism against this great rock band ?

It's not like 'Vesuvius' were the only flamboyant ones in the film... I think the movie as a whole was too silly (not used as an insult) to be criticizing anything.

Huh? Dave Mustain didn't exactly leave the music after leaving Metallica. Never heard of Megadeth? Jeez. This is just a movie. With a plot. It's fiction.
