They had that in Britain in the 1980's. That meant no homosexual content could be made for tv, cinema or promoted in schools or something along those lines. It was also illegal to teach children about gay people or transgenders in school. This lasted until 2003.

One suggestion I heard on YouTube is that Disney create a separate branch of their studio that does nothing but gay-themed entertainment. They could call it "Disney Sparkle" and show the Mickey logo with a rainbow on it. All of their content that includes gay characters can be transferred there, and the non-gay content can be made mainstream. You'd have to pay for whichever service you want, but at least the two sides would be happy and get what they want.
Either that, or someone could develop an app that can filter out gay content, based on personal preferences in the settings.

No, it didn't. You're talking shyte about a subject you know nothing about. Section 28 only covered schools. It had zero impact on TV or cinema. The rule was about "promoting homosexuality" in schools.
