How many Oscars will it win?
I predict it will win a total of 4: picture, director, supporting actor, and adapted screenplay. What do you think?

I agree with your picks, but it's possible that we have another Best Picture/Best Director "split" like we've seen happen so often these past few years (Ang Lee, Alejandro Gonzalez Inarritu, Damien Chazelle, and Alfonso Cuaron have all won Best Director but not Best Picture on separate years)
I'm not predicting that it WILL lose Best Picture, but I haven't seen Belfast so ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Cinematography seems possible too.
shareIt should win an Oscar because it's about gays?
I didn't know there was such a category for synopsis since it has no chance or winning any of the main categories due to it being a poorly written, shot and acted film.
ANOTHER plea for attention? People already responded to you the first few times. How many times are you going to complain about gays on this board? Ballpark figure?
shareI never have - I'm complaining about people thinking a movie should receive an Oscar for SUPERFICIAL reasons as opposed to the craft of film making.
shareIt could win all those except supporting actor.
shareIt should win for cinematography, those shots of the wastelands were gorgeous
Plemons and Cumberbatch are both simply amazing in this
***SPOILERS***
Both lead actors deserve some kind of prize, it’s a great movie with great drama, Cumberbatch really shined in this one, his conflicted and obviously gay/super macho character was an amazing performance…You feel bad for the guy’s feelings but he’s just too much to put up with.
Quite a performance!
I demand to see more of Jesse Plemons, I really like this guy and he should have a long career, he is really interesting as an actor, he looks like an ‘every guy’ sort, and may he continue to get work, he’s never been crummy in anything
The ending was very surprising.
Excellent movie, it better Damn Well win an award or two!
Jesse Plemons is so good! He reminds me a lot of the late Philip Seymour Hoffman. I loved the cinematography particularly of the fighting young bulls, the significance was really well done. Did you happen to see Jesse Plemons in his Black Mirror episode? I really enjoyed its subliminal messages.
