I admit it...it's a guilty pleasure
I'm not saying this film is great or anything. I recognize its flaws, its generic story, questionable moral, but I've gotta say...it's good, mindless fun. I was genuinely entertained with this film. It's not a game changer, but I can probably watch this film at any time of the day, any day. I thought the acting was actually better than most high-school oriented films, and the martial arts sequences were actually done really well. Like I said, it's a guilty pleasure.
Anyone else feel the same?
