I swear to god this "documentary" has 15 minutes of content that it spread over 9 hours. The whole thing is an absurd apology for all the people that led the cult.

The Documentary done by India Oxenberg, gave a much more detailed and engaging account of the inner workings of the NXIVM madness.

I just watched the first episode and it was fairly dull. Stereotypically self centered Hollywood types talking about all these epiphanies they are having and how they are learning about themselves. I can understand wanting to show people what drew them to the cult, but an hour of this is too much.
