Place with the 'horse shoe'?

There was a place on here with a thing called the horse shoe, I think, and Guy made one for his friend who told him about the place with one of the huge pancakes rather than slices of bread. Does anyone know what the place was called? Help would be very appreciated.

If I remember correctly, it's called the Quangset Hut, located in Springfield, Illinois. Hope that helps u out.
