What is up with all the tilt shift cinematography?

The newer episodes (season 16) are all done with tilt shift cinematography; every single shot. Obviously the production crew has a hard-on for it, but it's heinous!

Yeah, I don't like the newer eps because of this.

Haven't seen any of the new episodes that do this yet. Does he still moan like he is having an orgasm with every bite?
