Ugh!!!

I'm not sure if anyone has addressed this, but I'm going to.

The episode was aired on 12/17/13, and was titled "Wildest Joints." The restaurant is called Crockett Public House, which is located in Puyallup, WA. The artichoke looked absolutely delicious--cut to the chef preparing them & there is a sore(?) or cut on his thumb, which is VERY noticable to us as viewers.

My questions are:
1. NOBODY saw the cut?!
2. Guy, who's always plucking & poking at things w/his fingers, didn't see the cut? But lastly...
3. NOBODY saw the cut?!

I'm just wondering how that played out. It was so visible, so much so that the camera-persons should've seen it, told him to get the *beep* out of the kitchen POST HASTE, & scrub those hands while SOMEBODY filled in.

I mean, come on. It's just disgusting seeing an open wound while preparing food!!

Blech!!

Maybe you can watch it on YouTube. I was hoping against hope that maybe it was pulp from a tomato, or a spot of ketchup, but....no. That clearly is an open cut/sore.

HOWEVER, on the offchance that I'm wrong (and I'm about 99.9% I'm not), then I'll revise this post. :)
