Why are there bird motifs throughout the film.

Bird images adorn the exteriors. Sussman interprets the numerical message of the Goy's teeth which lead him to Red Owl. Shortly after, two owl ornaments appear in the lawyer's office.

Has it got anything to do with Brandt's deer?

I can't "accept the mystery", I need to know "what's going on?"

I noticed the Owls. They are symbols of wisdom, but also of Satanic influence (e.g. in "Bohemian Grove" ceremonies).

I noticed a dead sparrow or finch in a bottle in Marshak's office. It was head-down, which may mean something.

Maybe someone else picked up more or can enlighten us.
