is this movie a remake of the french film '7 days'? it's got the exact same story pretty much. see here: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0445054/

The french Canadian movie "Les sept jours du Talion", or Seven days in English was
way darker and more intense than this piece of crap. Seven days didn't even use music. It made it so much better.

Was just about to ask same question! There is no reference to 7 days anywhere but as you say the plot is exactly the same. SO either just ignorant or they have plagiarized! 7 days was very good as well!

haha i thought so too so i was saying omg he's torturing the wrong guy and both came out in 2010

the French one was better
