it was the same guy from the beginning who was torturing the child - im confused about some of these posts,
either way the acting was horrible

I'm all mixed up too. Can someone explain to me who was who and who was cuffed by the cops?
shareTurned out there were two convicts in the van.. One was koslowski, the child murderer, and the other was a guy who was convicted on tax evasion or something. The parents didnt know there were two guys in the van, and when the van flipped over, the murderer got away, and they didn't realize they got the other guy, since they didn't know there were two in the van. Consequently, the cops caught and cuffed the child murderer, and the tax guy, after being tortured, hung himself. They tortured the wrong man.
