Is it possible? For $8.5M IRS is able to stop some tax cheats because of the dire consequence. Well worth the money?

IRS the wrestler? He was fairly successful but I don't he he would put up the money for this awful movie by himself, even with The Million Dollar Man Ted DiBiase's backing.
