When he was on top of her, he said she knew too much about him. One of the few elements I did not like about the film. Also, it didn't make sense that he couldn't smell the bf until he was literally 10 feet away. This contradicts his previous statements about smelling "us" from miles away. Still a great movie though.
shareHis motivation did not seem to make much sense. However, I think maybe he didn't notice BF coming up behind because BF's smell was already all over the house. He did finally realize he was there but too late.
