Could someone clarify this ?
Why Hilbert puts himself in danger with the other 3 if he really didn't want to die ?
We know that he attempted suicide but also we get a hint of the fact that he didn't want to die because of his alias wich dies at 80+ years.
Also, he creates a tunnel as a escape route, we see at the end of the movie.
How did he plan to escape ALONE with three young and healthy individuals watching him ?
And another question wich bugged me, the entire premise of the movie and Hilbert's intentions are based on Galois, Oliva and Pascal unable to solve the problems.
What happened if they sticked with that and solved all the problems made by Hilbert ?
Seems like Hilbert made such a complex plan, with so much variables that could go wrong, it's almost silly.
