Useless MCU heroes
Hawkeye - without a bow he’s worthless
Black Widow - without fighting skills she’s dead
Hawkeye - without a bow he’s worthless
Black Widow - without fighting skills she’s dead
All superheroes - without superpowers they are either worthless or dead.
shareYeah but I mean like those two..regular humans that had one skill and that was it, no real super powers.
shareCaptain America does not have super powers.
shareSuper soldier serum, so he does have super power.
shareStan Lee said it wore off years ago. Nuff Said
shareI don't see Capt shrinking back to a smaller size.
shareCap has done nothing that arnold and the rock hasn't done in thier movies.
shareYou mean jumping off a plane landing on his shield then walk it off like nothing. Arnold and the rock would have become hamburger patties.
sharethe plane..he jumped into water.
shareOK, in winter soldier around 49 minutes mark, he jumped off SHIELDS building, at least 20 stories high. He then walked it off. Maybe you should try something like that, I am sure you will be OK too, since Capt did it.
sharethe glass cieling broke his fall and his shield absorbes all vibration.
shareAre you really gonna die on this hill? Lol

He is very, very clearly super-powered in the movie universe.
At around 1 hour 39 minutes mark he jumped off another building at least 10 stories high, then kept running like it is nothing, I am sure the rock and Arnold can do that too.
sharenot to mention this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NhGOToPKFUs
or this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dmFwB0WEEDY , i'm sure anyone can do that 😜
Good eye. The first one is very clear, the inhuman strength, the inhuman ability to jump into buildings.
As for the second one, it is a great honour and testimony of power to be in a fight with Thanos, that is definitely beyond human.
without thors hammer thanos swatted him like a fly.
shareNo one is claiming is as strong as the incredible hulk. He held a helicopter with his bare hands, he physically overpowered 10 muscled men in an elevator, he ripped a piece of wood apart with his bare hands instead of using an axe. He clearly has superstrength, it is just limited.
sharehttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RYSgkqc9EWI here he has taken down a Quinjet without a sweat , tell me you could the same.
sharein commando arnold picked up a phone booth with a 300# man in it and threw it.
shareThe other guy is right, you are really a troll, aren't you?
shareThen how did batroc almost beat the shit out of him?
sharereally? it doesn't look like it to me https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TTLcojPrdQg , Batroc couldn't even land a hit
shareSTILL PLAYING TO CAPTAIN AMERICA IS A NORMAL GUY TROLL GAME,HUH?
shareYou know jumping into water at a certain height is basically like jumping onto pavement right?
shareIn the comics or the MCU? They're not the same thing.
shareNope. In the 80s there was a storyline about him being challenged by drug pushers he busted for owing his success to drug use. He had a full blood transfusion and went without any enhanced powers for about a year. His marrow replaced the serum in his body eventually as it always would. He is powered.
shareThank you, sounds like the voice of the expert there!
I mean you have watched the movies and seen how valuable they are. This is not science, it is fantasy. Technically speaking Iron Man would be useless, because he is one man in a robotic suit, and in reality he would be useless against an army of drones with the same ability and lighting fast reactions. It is fantasy.
shareExcept that drones don't have his genius IQ, and the ability to shoot phaser bolts from his gauntlets or whatever those blasts are. Those will take out a few drones, huh? And if the drones shoot bullets, they'll bounce off his armor! Tony Stark > Drones.
Actually, that's a question I have for the comic book experts: Has Stark ever complained about how drone technology, or admitted that modern technology is catching up with him? Because when Iron Man first hit the scene in the 1960s, nothing like him existed, now there are armed drones in real life.
How did those two get in the Avengers anyway?
shareBecause Loki made Fury very desperate.
shareI suspect he and Natasha got in because they already worked for SHIELD and Fury didn't have anyone better, and even then Natasha had to beg for the guy without any powers and who didn't build his own tech to be included.
If I'm right, that would make him the one person who fucked his way into the Avengers!
I was just quoting Fury, but I mean, you're right. That's why they're there.
Frankly though, I'm not a Clint/Natasha hater. I think they are fully capable of holding their own on the team. Falcon on the other hand seems to be totally normal, at least, prior to the show (which I haven't watched).
Clint and Natasha are straight out of a comic book.
We're talking perfect aim. Perfect gymnastics.
Falcon is a good soldier, I think.
Falcon and Hawkeye are basically similar, normal human beings with excellent fighting skills and awesome tech, which they didn't build themselves. The biggest difference between them is Falcon is a more interesting and likable person, and his tech is a lot more use in a fight. Like I said above, Hawkeye carries, what, ten or twelve arrows and then he's pretty useless? While Falcon can be out there taking on fighter jets or small alien craft for hours!
Natasha is actually "enhanced", stronger and faster than a normal human. Not as enhanced as Captain America, but she has some powers.
Has Hawkeye ever demonstrably run out of ammo? Like I know, logically, he can't carry more than 20 arrows or so in his holster thing, but lol I don't it's an actual weakness in terms of how he's portrayed.
Wait, Natasha is enhanced in the MCU? I thought the widows were just Russia-trained. I didn't think there was any sort of enhancement applied.
The details of the disappointing "Black Widow" have already faded from my memory, so correct me if I'm wrong in saying that there was something about the earlier generation of Widows being enhanced. There was a new form of mind control going on, which Yelena is still trying to undo in the TV show, but Natasha's physical abilities were always a bit above and beyond what a normal human could do.
Hawkeye seems more like an athletic and single-minded human who uses tech to do what he can't do physically, but Natasha is more physical and just carries small arms.
If the early widows were enhanced Natasha would not have so much trouble with the new widows, they have beaten her.
So no, in MCU black widow was not enhanced.
but Natasha's physical abilities were always a bit above and beyond what a normal human could do.
If I rank Natasha's physical abilities above Clint's, it's probably because she does more hand-to-hand fighting, while he relies much more on his arrows and other tech. Remember in the first Avengers film, where he was up on a building shooting at things, and she was jumping from flying alien craft to flying alien craft?
This is not something I'm going to make into a hill to die on, because I'm not entirely sure whether she was enhanced or just supremely athletic. But supremely athletic humans can't keep being supremely athletic for long, they get beat up and slow down like Clint, and Natasha never seemed to get hurt.
You are well named.
