I think he used to have a technical team (probably from Stark industries) making arrows for him, but not anymore. Now he can make some of the trick arrows himself, but not fancy ones, not anymore.

shareYou'd think that Pepper is still running things, and would be perfectly capable of having someone make trick arrows for Hawkeye. All she has to do is tell someone to assign a couple of engineers and give them a budget.

That's why I had to ask, cause I was like, that was kind of a leap, but he seemed pretty morose when responding. And frankly, I assumed he'd been using trick arrows long before he hooked up with Shield.

Most of the tips aren't homemade other than them being assembled at home. I think he still has a decent amount of leftovers after the wars stored in case he needed them. Heck, he even starts taking out Stark Industry tips during the final preview of the last episode. Since SHIELD is gone, it's most like Stark Industries still providing for Clint if he needed more trick arrows.
