Is this as bad as people are saying?

a POLICE MAN gets into the psycho guys CAR, and goes for a ride into the country. Really????? I'm fine with characters making some dumb choices, but keep it HALF WAY parked in reality to be watchable!
Not doing something a six year old would do for some candy. Old script, for an older age of film making when quantum jumps of stupidity were sort of accepted. We've come a long way, baby, and we're far to smart to put up with this lazy writing.

this film scored lower than WONDER WOMAN 1984!!!!!! On Metacritic, can you believe that? And WW84 sucked badly.

Someone else liked it? That's cool, we're all different, but vast majority called it out as bad, so decide what camp you fit in to.

I would describe it as a poor man's version of A Walk Among the Tombstones. It just never grabbed me. I thought Rami Malek was a bit one note - he just seemed awkward the entire movie which I don't think the role necessarily called for. Denzel was solid, Leto was fine.

Not. Only reason to watch it would be Washington but his part's lacking like all other aspects of the movie.
