..as in nuclear, right? So how come the guy at the end isn't contaminated (radioactive)?

Better yet:

How did he get out of the bunker in the first place?

1: Doors would lock automatically and he didn't know the code. (If the doors would not automatically lock then there would be NO reason for the safecracker to push him in, the smart zombie could just open the doors after killing him ...)
2: the door would had been blocked by debris from the collapsed building.
3: all the corridors would had been collapsed.

Why didn't Tanaka give them the bunker code? Was that explained?

Oh, and i forgot another, which actually relates to an inconsistency trough the movie:

The speed at which they are transforming in zombies after being bitten. From seconds/minutes to hours or maybe even a day in this guy's case.

I was actually expecting it to be like in the beginning of Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull when he hid in the fridge, when the nuke went off the safe was gonna be blown right over the wall landing safely then the door busted open!
