Here's a question that I have...
with all the violence and fighting in SSM, how did it maintain a TVY7 rating and not stray towards a PGV rating like Star Wars or Young Justice (great shows by the way)

shareI would say that while there was a lot of action on the show, it was never especially violent. Though the fighting was thrilling we never saw any blood or serious injury, no one ever died on camera like in those other shows you mentioned and the lighthearted nature of the show likely distacted them from giving it a higher rating.
sharebut we did see 2 legs get broken
shareIt wasn't violent, it was how Spider-Man is supposed to fight.

I've learned that it's OK to be flawed - Winona Ryder
im referring to all of the smashing into cars, throwing people into windows, getting thrown around labs and smashing into tables. Flipping over cars. getting thrown down several stories of stairs. to me it just seems a bit much of a TVY7 rating.
shareBecause. He's the friendly neighborhood Spider-Man I guess. lol
shareNo one ever died on Spectacular Spider-Man. Star Wars has people getting maimed and killed all the time.
