Brilliant performance of Kate Winslet in the leading role and the film is very moving and beautifully done.Much better than the that Indian *beep*

Threads like these always come down to opinion and you'll never get everyone who agrees, but this is a truly great movie with excellent acting.

The Wrestler too.

And no, The Reader was pure GARBAGE! The only thing that it got nominated for BP & BD was because it was BOT from Weistein "OVERRATED" Company.
