Why I prefer this cut to the 4 hour version (minority I know)

Now bear in mind both versions aren't very good. Both movies shouldn't exist. But there is one reason I do prefer this version and the short answer is Superman.

I'm not going to discuss Whedon's off the field antics because he's a piece of crap, we all know it. But the man knows Superman. MOS was a mixed bag for me, and BVS was a trainwreck. The 2017 JL cut finally gave me the version of Superman I've been waiting for and wanting from Henry Cavill (and the version he's been dying to play).

The 4 hour cut of JL from Snyder just gave us more of the same crap from Snyder that I personally don't care for. The Snyder verse can die a slow death. I don't like any of it.
