Can someone tell me how everyone dies? Please?

a dude in the tunnel gets drowned in it when the tunnel floods. that sucks.

After a VC raid on camp 5 characters are below the ground:
- Lidford (the black guy with m60) - stabbed by Vietnamese girl,
- Johnson (the 'dont smoke' guy) - drawned after destroing water barrier,
- Verano (small guy in wollen cap) - shot with AKMs while ,
- Harris (bible reading guy) - died with Vietnamese girl,
- Porterson (the black guy with granade) - managed to leave tunnels and team up with Miller, killed in airstrike,
But of course I can be wrong :-)

I wouldn't be so lethargic if I weren't so apathetic.
The best kill scene I thought was when Carl Johnson crawled up a tunnel and got a bamboo stick through his throat which left him hanging there.
