If this sees the light of day in U.S. theatres...

It'll be gutted for content, because my countrymen are a squeamish, politically correct lot. If the violence isn't heavily edited it will get an R rating, which I, and most other people, are perfectly fine with. However, hollywood is really keen on pandering to the lowest common denominator and trying to appeal to the widest audience possible so it would probably edited into a pg-13 movie and would lose a lot in my opinion.

You obviously don't comprehend the level of insane I operate at.

Solomon Kane already had a theatrical run in major US cities. Granted, it was three years after it was released theatrically in the rest of the world, but it did have a US release.

As far as I could tell, the content of the theatrical release was identical to the Region 2 DVD. So, it was not edited for content in US theaters.

My bf and I saw it in a multiplex on a Saturday evening in September 2012. We were the only two people in the theater. It was there only one week, opening on a Friday night - and gone the following Friday.
