What are your favorite scenes in this movie?

I'll tell you what mine are:

They both have to do with the older gentlemen of the cast:

The Asian man and the professor.

I love the conversation so much. Its so full of meaning and so deep.

(I know that this has been conversed before but here I am for the first time. )

And isn't it wild that not only are they the older members of the cast, but they are both comedic actors? Their parts are so important and they give a very different view of the human race to Klatu whose intent was to destroy mankind in its entirety.

Difficult to pick favorite scenes when the whole movie sucks. Also about the two actors you liked in the movie, I think it seems that they're just good because they're interesting actors not because their scenes were good.

If I had to pick a "favorite" scene it would be because a subtle Easter egg not the movie. The actress who plays US secretary and orders impronsonment of the alien through drugging and binding him to the wheel chair.
It must be a reference to film Misery from early 90s where she was a crazy woman who has abducted, and drugged her favorite writer and forced him to write a book for her after she bound him into the wheelchair.

This doesn't seem to have been an accident that she does this here but indirectly.

My favourite was the closing credits.

when i thought jayden smith was going to die, then they f#@ked that up by letting him live, i would have given it a higher rating if they had of killed him off.

The John Cleese scenes and just about anything with Jennifer Connelly in it, except those scenes involving Jaden Smith.🐭

Of course you're going to tell me what yours are. So why not make that your topic header?

This is why I immediately delete all these BS "make a list" topics.

So boring.

Goodbye.

Perhaps the OP just wants to reach out for some sense of community.

It must have been hard to spend all those years in the institution.

Kay: Senators and presidents don't have men killed.
Michael: Oh, who's being naive, Kay?

That was good!
