NOT. fucking. funny.

Of course it's not US humor at its best. After this movie, Adam Sandler was savaged to hell and back, which is why he's practically fallen into obscurity now. He was so savaged that people started attacking Jack and Jill even before it came out, and his movie career was in ruins by the time he did that one movie (I forget the name) based around video games.

Possibly the best part of America is the abilty to laugh at cultural idiosyncrasies and understand it's just humor. This movie makes fun of many tropes, and it was very successful at the box office, so the public agreed it was funny. I pity other people and/or countries that aren't free to laugh at themselves. Adam Sandler has made a ton of successful movies since this, despite what other dipshit posters on here might say.
