My idea of a better ending would have been:
Having Hart's character think she had escaped only to come out and find her son tied up or something like that, with his life hanging in the balance had she escaped. Because up until the last 5 mins the movie was good, but that ending ruined it.
"Shut up,Flanders!"
I think it would have been a better ending if the killer had set up Hart as the killer. He would have called the police and told them that he "escaped" and she killed all those people. Remember he said before she killed him that "he hasn't lost and he's been in control the whole time." I'm sure he was pleased that she killed the other two guys because he wanted them dead anyways because of their "involvement" with his son's death. He knew she'd do something drastic to keep her secret since he knew how desperate and cutthroat she was. It would have been awesome if the killer made a clip showing her kill the last three people and footage of her confessing her crime to the others. So that when she escaped and the police found her, she could try and play victim, but the police would already know that she was the killer.
