Killing off attractive white girls is absolutely what horror is all about. Ever seen Friday the 13th? Halloween? Texas Chainsaw Massacre? Basically any horror movie ever made? The slasher genre that exploded in the 80s literally could not have existed if this wasn't the case. And Italian horror films in particular (Argento, Fulci, etc) tend to focus even more heavily on the killing of beautiful women, it's kind of their thing. The whole "the black guy always dies first" thing has been a trope that people have been playing with for years now. Deep Blue Sea, for example, kills off the attractive white female protagonist in favor of keeping the black chef (a minor character) alive. Ving Rhames is the only male character to survive until the credits in Dawn of the Dead, if I recall correctly. Same with Ken Foree in the original Dawn of the Dead. And of course, in Night of the Living Dead, the black guy is last member of the cast left alive when the sun rises (not to mention just about the only likable and reliable character in the film). The list goes on, but I'd rather not waste another precious moment assuaging your ridiculous persecution complex.
