Lol thanks for sharing. But I disagree; u actually do have a point and I happen to think a very good one. Alex is half the story and if it was to come back as a show without him in it what would b the point? Would u watch it? I know I wouldnt. Some actors r so good at playing their part that the idea of that character being cast with someone else is like blasphemy. The very interesting point u made was in ur description of Alex's interpretation of the non-human part to his role and ur so right. Reading ur description took me back to several scenes in an instant and I didnt pick up on it before now; its the way he becomes the ferral beast so convincingly that holds us in suspense. He is the first actor ive seen who has really thought about what he would b like as vampire. As its a fantasy creature he cant study the real thing but found what he imagines to b the type of animal behaviour closest. I have trouble taking vampire scenes seriously but Alex is the first one who didnt make me laugh every time his fangs came out.
