Massachusetts Senator Elizabeth Warren and freshman Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez said the finale of HBO's hit show Game of Thrones was ruined by men thinking women are too emotional to lead.

'I feel like we were getting so close to having this ending with just women running the world, and then the last two episodes it's like, 'Oh, they're too emotional, the end' Ocasio-Cortez said of the series finale, which aired Sunday night,

'It's like, ugh! This was written by men,' Ocasio-Cortez lamented.

Shouldn't a Senator have real world problems to deal with? It's kind of ironic that given she is female she is kind of proving the point about women being unfit to lead.

So she's upset that the world wasn't ENTIRELY run by women. Because equality, I guess? The show takes place in a world and a time that is pretty sexist, so a man being on the throne isn't too surprising. Especially since most of the people doing the voting were men.

Actually, Queens were more likely to bring their countries to war, so being ruled by men is a good thing.

Oh please...as a woman I cringe when I hear some women talk this way.
And I hate it when it pushes some men to confuse all women with this juvenile version of feminism.

If they think that this is the problem with this show then they either haven't watched the series or prove they themselves may be unworthy to govern fairly.

There's a lot of people I would've picked before Bran but it isn't because of his gender...or the gender of the people I would've picked.

But I'm accepting it now.

How is a show about assholes being assholes while screw each other over a nice show. This is probably the most overrated high budget soap opera i have ever seen. And im glad it had a horrible ending. So i can laugh at how you wasted 8 years of your life.

It was written by a straight white man. I expected a straight white man to end up as king, that's just how fantasy genre stories go.
