No, Helm's Deep had no escape passage. Probably the crypt at Winterfell doesn't either.
If the Night King performs his raise the dead trick outside the castle it may reanimate the bodies inside the crypt too. Samwell, Tyrion, and Gilly will end up having to defend the kids against an assault of undead Starks.
