shareOh, I liked those as well! Thought I nearly missed the skin/pie one, because that scene with Jorah was too much for me to handle watching.
shareIt was so well done that when the pie was cut I was actually thinking, wow that is too much PUS from that one wound... but then the camera pulls back and it's a delicious pie filling. Except I could not stop thinking of it as festering pus the whole time Arya was eating. 🤢

I thought that as well. It looked so much like pus! Sam's getting all the disgusting stuff this season :D.
As for the the Maesters, I'm not sure if it's that they can't cook, or it's simply lack of teeth that's leaving them eating that. But whatever it is, it doesn't look very appetising!
