Yara

So did they take her prisoner for Cersie or did he kill her?

reply

I assume she's alive because they didn't show her being killed, but I don't think he would send her to Cersei. Cersei's "gift" is the Dornish woman who killed Myrcella. I think Septa Unella is going to have company in her torture chamber soon.

reply

I thought that was here on the bow point of the ship as Theon was swimming away ??? But this whole episode was so dark on my TV I could barely make out anything.

reply

Pretty sure she's a prisoner at this point.

reply

He's going to torture her. i think it will be worse than what Ramsay did to Theon.

reply

I think Yara was taken prisoner as she can be considered a bargaining chip for Cersei and proof for Euron Greyjoy to show Cersei that the commander of Dany's fleet is no longer a threat to her.

reply

As a rival contender for the throne of the Iron Islands, I really think that from Euron's perspective, and perhaps Cersei's as well, it's better that she be dead than a prisoner.

reply

That's certainly viable given the stakes.

reply

I think she was hanged form the bow.
Ellaria sand was taken prisoner for Cersei's gift.
Cersei would not care about Yara, because Yara never did anything to her. But she wants revenge on Ellaria.

reply

Why would Dorne give a crap about Ellaria

reply

I wondered that also. Ellaria killed Doran Martel and also Myrcella Lannister. I did not understand why tyrion thought the dornish would fight just because she told them to. But now it doesn't matter. Cersei will kill this ellaria sand in a very bad way

reply

Dorne doesn't enter into it. Cersei just wants revenge for the bitch who killed her daughter.

reply

I'm pretty sure she was the one seen hanging at the end of the scene.

reply

I'm sure they are the two Sand sisters who were killed on board during the fighting.

reply

Yes, Nymeria (whip girl) was hanged with her own whip, and Obara (spear girl) was impaled with a spear.

reply

Yara was right, should have attacked when they had to chance.

reply

Just rewatched the scene. The two dead women arrayed on the ship's bow are sand snakes.

reply

She would have got her stupid ass kicked either way. Yara was a pathetic excuse for a leader.

reply

Yes, they made Yara look pathetic after all her boasting.
