But in this instance, it may probably mean consensual sex between two hetro adults.

Here is what I took the title to mean....spoilers....

Due to the woman's molestation at the hands of her father, to her, all "dicks" were "bad" and she wanted nothing to do with men and their dicks, even though she said she had had sex before. So, my inference was that the lead male ended up being a good person, hence, a "good dick."

I enjoyed it. Oddly, one of the first roles I saw Jason Ritter in was where he played this violent sociopath....did a real good job.
