Tom's role in this, is the same as his role in 'Garden's of the Night.'

Anyone else seen both films and agree with me?

I was quite surprised by this film, I caught it last night late on one of the Showtime channels. The cinematography was well done, the acting close behind, and I was quite enthralled in it. Tom Arnold also came as a surprise because I had missed the beginning so I don't know if he was in the film other than the ending. He was pretty convincing and I heard about that movie "Garden's of the Night" and I heard his performance was pretty good. Can't wait for the dvd of that and this was a film I would like to see again. I also liked how the two characters didn't have names, I didn't even notice til the credits.

Yes, i was surprised that I hadn't noticed the lack of names either. Tom only appears near the end of the film, but the similarities between the two aforementioned performances is uncanny. Let me know what you think after you've seen both films.

I gotta wait for that dvd, but it's one of those films I am looking forward to.

There are places where you can see it other than on DVD.

I do see similarities. Maybe if Tom's character in "Good Dick" hadn't been as successful, he'd have found himself in the same position as his poorer character in "GOTN" or vice versa.

You can't solve all your problems by shooting someone or setting a stranger on fire.
