Kim sure got over what happened quickly

Best case scenario, she was held in luxury and treated well, she didn't see anything bad happen to other women, and Bryan killed the sheikh before he was able to take her virginity. Still, she was kidnapped for days, drugged, sold as a sex slave, almost raped and killed by the sheikh, saw him get shot in the head, and her best friend was killed, all while she was 17.

Also, a lot of people don't realise that even if Bryan killed the sheikh before he was able to take her virginity, she actually was raped. How do you think they could've known she was a virgin? She could've told them, but they couldn't have taken her word for it. They would've had to check her hymen, which would've involved fingering her. Putting anything in someone's vagina or anus without consent is rape.

Yet as soon as she was rescued, she was back to her old happy and child-like self. In real life, it would've taken years of therapy to even come close. If they gave it a more realistic ending, e.g. with Kim ending up with mental health issues, it could be regarded as more than just a silly action film.
