Bryan: Lenore is here.
Sam: Hey, Lennie.

"Hey, Lennie"? Her daughter's just been kidnapped. You're not catching up with her at a weekend BBQ!

Well that's what they call her and given his tone, he sounded very concerned when he addressed her. Not as if he was being care free with his greeting.

I agree, he had to say something, he's hardly going to snub her especially considering what's going on. Too many idiots on this page making something out of nothing.

I've had a lot of sobering thoughts in my time Del Boy, it's them that started me drinking!

Lennie is the name she has always gone by until she got married to Stuart. Lennie is the name Sam has probably always called her.
