It used to be on Netflix but there's no mention of it now.
I thought it was MUCH better than people are making it out to be. It's the sort of movie that takes patience and focused attention... and a willingness to let it's mood wash over you. It is slow, but slow can be very good sometimes.

EDIT: It's on Amazon streaming at the moment.
