I dunno why... I liked it because it's so cliche and cheesy. it's a generic teen slasher. I felt safe knowing there wouldn't be alot of gore, swearing, or sexuality. I also enjoyed the "When a stranger calls" remake for the same reason. I also really liked Brittany Snow in it.

This movie wasn't cheesy, unfortunately. It was 100% generic, though. Might as well have been a made-for-tv-movie. For it to be cheesy, it would have to be funny (in some way), and it's not. It's just boring.

I agree!! I watch far more horror and really disturbing films than anyone I know but i enjoyed this because it wasn't trying to be more than a fun teen slasher flick :)

I don't understand how not putting gore, swearing, and nudity in a slasher is a good thing? That would've helped it stand out some. Instead, we got a whole bunch of boring characters dying in boring ways at obvious times with no suspense. Basically, it's a big snoozefest.
And I hated Brittany Snow in this; horrible acting and an even worse character. But she's not bad enough for me to truly be annoyed and actively ROOT for her death either, like Carly in Wrong Turn. Like everyone and everything else, she was just horribly boring
