A movie about looking into the future

I like the movie very much and I am against torture.

And the movie tells for me clearly, why we should all being against torture.

"There are four bombs, not three. He tells about three, because he must think there comes a moment he has to tell."

That is the main plot. They will get the three bombs, but not the fourth. So the result of the torture is: Same amount of people dead + 2 (or plus one tortured). So the result is more bad than without torture. The main result is, you will never know, if you rescue the people. Torture thinks it can take a look in the future, but this works only in predefined settings. But a real setting has it's own rules and you cannot break this rules through torture. Torture can break people, but not the rules.
