I was watching the first half of the movie and it was pretty good. But there was one scene where Pete and Toby looked at each other a little "awkward" for about 15 seconds and Ray said something like "come on guys"...Does anyone know what that was all about?

Yeah the film made a couple of hints that the two maybe attracted to each other. First in the cupboard when they were hugging, then that awkward 10 seconds when they looked at each other somewhat intensely.
