When i finished watching the movie i was confused didnt knew what the hell is going around,came here and found all the answers except one.

What is Gina? [after the accident]
Is she a doppelgänger?
If yes why does her eyes have diferent colors?
Blue and red,we see in the movie that doppelgänger have red ones.

Whats is Gina in the end after she seeing the dead body?

The real Gina is the one we see found dead in the bathroom near the end.The film-makers have cleverly tricked us into assuming we have been following the real Gina's quest to recall what happened in the flat when she was attacked by her doppleganger.It was the doppleganger who was involved in the crash and suffered the amnesia.It's memory is restored on seeing Gina's body lying in the bathroom.
