Old lady on the subway?
Any guesses as to why she knows who is "one of them" but how she's managed to avoid her own reflection from coming after her? How can she know about them, yet have (so far?) avoided the same fate as the other people?

shareShe is homeless and does not have a mirror.
shareJust an observation: after the woman recognizes the man as a doppelganger, she pauses to stare at Gina who is, you could say, part "real", part doppelganger. The woman is left staring after her as she can't quite figure out what Gina is.
shareShe and the dad's receptionist, the chinese husband and the brother were the only 'humans' in the film or by the end of the film.
shareAt the end of the film Gina's doctor colleague seems surprised that there's another case of a heart being on the wrong side, so he's probably still human.
shareGood point. I feel dumb, but you just made me realize that's how to tell the humans from the doubles. But why is this happening? Where are they really from? Is is a point that whenever they come through to this side, the mirror breaks? They are going to have, eventually, a sloppy time of cleaning up those deteriorating bodies...
