Questions - need explanation please

I don't think I'm a dumb person at all but I didn't really get this movie. However, I've took some time to read through some explanations on this board and though I knew that the last Gina was the evil doppleganger, I still have questions:

- If she was the evil one starting from the point after the crash, why was her boyfriend being creepy towards her? Wouldn't he know she was the evil one?

- Obviously the evil twins wanted to kill the original people, but did they not mind each other?

- Why was her dad twin just standing outside her house staring at her? Does he want to kill her or does he sense some family tie or something?

I can't answer most of your questions, but I DO believe the dad showed up outside to show her he was now doppelganger dad. They looked at each other and shared a moment before the scene changed - just like when the brother stares at her and realizes she's not herself and runs away.

Your other questions (which I realize are quite old at this point) I can't answer. This movie left me quite befuddled and I don't normally need things explained to me!

Her boyfriend was being/seeming creepy toward her because SHE wasn't behaving the way she was supposed to be. She was the doppelgänger from the mirror, but the crash caused her to think she was the normal Gina. It's the doppelgänger we see watching "herself" (the good version) drive by. The doppelgänger follows the original home, kills her (which we don't see), leaves and has the accident, after which she recovers but starts behaving like her original, which is why certain family members don't think anything is amiss, and why she's so creeped out by her boyfriend (who's also a doppelgänger).
