Gina (Spoiler Alert)

I must be missing something...in the end, it reveals that Gina is the mirror clone, but why is she so different from the other mirror clones? All the others are void and emotionless but Gina seems like she is herself and going through all the motions of someone who has experienced a trauma...are we to believe that the mirror clone of herself somehow developed emotions after the accident? It was confusing when it was shown that she killed her real self, and showed actual horror and remorse as to her actions.

Why was she creeped out by her boyfriend if he was also a mirror clone? Why would a mirror clone have flashbacks anyway?

Can anyone shed any light on this please?

It seemed as if she forgot her mission (whatever that may be) in the accident, and reverted to human emotions. But when she saw the real murdered Gina, it all came back to her, and she became void and emotionless like the others.

Maybe that's supposed to shed some light on who they are. Maybe they're humans at their core, but were 'overwritten' with this new mission.

THEIR Gina was reflecting OUR Gina because she’s a mirror-doppelgänger. When a mirror-doppelgänger has amnesia, a key symptom is that they REFLECT the personality of their opposite.
