Previously on Cali shows stuff that was never shown before? S4E9

S4E9, Previously on Californaication
Marcy: "So what if you knocked up one of these slunts?"
Charlie: "I would present her with a gift card entitling the bearer to one back-alley abortion."

I couldn't remember that scene while watching the S4E9 (Another Perfect Day) summary. I google it and got 3 results, all of them just mentioning S4E9 and no other episode before, where this could have happened. So did they add a scene to "previously on" or was it a scene so many episodes ago most people (like me) just forgot about it?

This unbelievably weird...as I clicked on your thread, my Netflix went from s04e08 to the next episode. So I got to see what you were talking about right away. I literally just happened to be at that exact spot. So crazy haha. And as for your question, I noticed it too, never seen that line said!
