By "totally a rip-off," you're implying that the episode is not in any meaningful way different from the original. To make that case it's not enough to merely insist on it. You have to show how Four Days Out is for all intents and purposes identical to Pine Barrens.
Until you're willing to risk doing that, there's no reason to give your claim any weight.
