Season 2: Question about Hank finding Jesse's car and Tuco

I am re-watching this show and there's something I can't figure out. When Walt went missing and Hank talked to Jesse's mother, she told him what kind of car Jesse drives. How did Hank then trace the car to the Salamanca house? Did I miss something?

I had to look up LoJack just now to see what it is. I heard it mentioned on the show but thought it had something to do with the bouncing! Now it makes sense. Thanks.
